Tala Moroccan measure cooks lamb tagine with prunes and almonds, fish tagine with olives, lamb and vegetable cous cous, lamb kofta, chicken tagine with olives and preserved lemons. Moroccan food is classic yet refined, drawing on Berber, Moorish and Arab influences.
