Refund policy

We hope you will love your homeware outlet purchase. However, if you find it unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 14 days by email of your intention to return the item/s.

We ask that you return the products to us unused and in the original packaging.

You will be entitled to a refund if returned products reach us within 28 days. Please, ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.
