DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Standard Delivery
Normally, you can expect your order to be dispatched within 3 working days of us receiving it.
Look out for an email from us. We will let you know when your order is out of our warehouse, heading to your home.
Once sent, your order will take between 2 to 4 working days to reach you.

Next Day Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched on the same working day:
  • If you place your order before 2pm on a Friday, you will receive your order on the following Monday.
  • If you place your order on a Saturday/Sunday or after 2pm on Friday, you will receive your order on the following Tuesday.
  • If you place you order between Monday and Thursday after 2pm, you will receive your order in two working days.
This service is available for UK Mainland orders only. Please note that this won't apply for orders placed during Bank Holiday periods.


DELIVERY COSTS

  • FREE standard delivery for orders to mainland UK over £75
  • £9.95 next working day delivery available for orders to mainland UK placed before 2pm
  • £4.95 standard delivery for orders to mainland UK under £75
