Care Instructions: Freezer compatible and dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the non-stick surface. Before first use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Condition the interior non-stick surface with vegetable or corn oil, but avoid the black exterior sidewall. When cooking, use medium or low heat for best results and always match the pan to the correct hob size, especially on induction hobs. Avoid metal utensils, sharp tools, and electric beaters to prevent damage. Never slide the pan on glass-top hobs, and always lift it instead.
