Because they are made of cast aluminium, Featherweights casseroles are up to 50% lighter and heat up 3 times faster. So instead of losing time preheating your casserole, you can get cooking straight away. This collection can be used on all types of hob, including induction. 

The inside is coated with a Thermolon™ Infinity Professional healthy ceramic non-stick layer, reinforced with diamond. This way, food doesn't get stuck to the pot and your dish doesn't bake on, even if you leave it simmering for hours. Extra bonus: after cooking, you can clean your casserole with one quick wipe. 

GreenPan Featherweights are not only extremely easy to use, the design is also a great example of innovative technology. The lid has double thickness to make sure no heat escapes. A special pattern on the inside of the lid captures condensed moisture during the cooking process and returns it to the food. This keeps all the ingredients succulent.
